Job Title: Junior SAP ERP Consultant (MM / Finance)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior SAP ERP Consultant with 12 years of experience in ERP systems, preferably SAP. The role focuses on understanding core ERP processes, procurement (MM), and basic finance (FI) concepts.
The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of ERP workflows, key SAP terminology, and business processes, along with good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand and support end-to-end ERP business processes (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash basics).
• Assist in SAP MM (Material Management) activities such as procurement, purchase orders, goods receipt, and vendor management.
• Support basic SAP FI (Finance) processes including invoice processing, accounts payable/receivable concepts.
• Work with teams to understand business requirements and map them to ERP processes.
• Handle day-to-day system support, issue tracking, and coordination with functional teams.
• Assist in documenting process flows, SOPs, and ERP transactions.
• Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities under guidance.
• Ensure data accuracy and follow standard ERP process controls.
Key Skills & Competencies:
• 1–2 years of experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP).
• Basic understanding of SAP MM and/or FI modules.
• Familiarity with ERP concepts like:
o Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
o Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO)
o Goods Receipt (GR), Invoice Verification (IV)
• Understanding of basic finance concepts (invoices, vendors, payments).
• Knowledge of key SAP terms and transactions (navigation, master data, documents).
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to business processes.
Nice to Have:
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Basic understanding of integration between MM and FI modules.
• Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
• Knowledge of Excel for data handling/reporting.
