Job Summary

The Sr. Developer role is crucial for designing and implementing advanced solutions within SuccessFactors modules specifically focusing on Employee Central and Time Management. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of P2PReplication and EmpCentrlPayroll configurations enhancing system efficiency.
  • Provide technical expertise in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements and improve operational workflows.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system issues ensuring timely resolution to maintain high system performance and user satisfaction.
  • Oversee the implementation of new features and updates within the SuccessFactors platform ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

Qualifications
