Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Ariba SLP Supplier Risk Ariba Supplier Network and Ariba Analysis. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts focusing on enhancing supplier management processes. The candidate will contribute significantly to optimizing our procurement operations and ensuring seamless supplier interactions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP Ariba SLP to enhance supplier lifecycle management.
- Oversee the integration of Supplier Risk management processes to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.
- Provide expertise in utilizing the Ariba Supplier Network to streamline supplier communication and transactions.
- Analyze procurement data using Ariba Analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supplier management strategies with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain documentation for supplier management processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Conduct regular assessments of supplier performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Support the procurement team in resolving supplier-related issues and enhancing supplier relationships.
- Ensure the seamless operation of supplier management systems by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Facilitate training sessions for internal teams to enhance their understanding of supplier management tools.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier management processes and systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement best practices in supplier management.
- Monitor industry trends and innovations to keep the organization at the forefront of supplier management.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in SAP Ariba SLP Supplier Risk and Ariba Supplier Network.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Ariba Analysis for data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in claims and provider domains is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid model.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and address supplier management challenges.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements in supplier management.
