Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust HANA data models to optimize system performance and data retrieval efficiency.
• Develop and maintain ABAP OOPS solutions to enhance the functionality of SAP applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP HANA solutions with existing systems.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP HANA projects.
• Oversee the development and deployment of SAP HANA applications to ensure they meet business needs and performance criteria.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal system health and efficiency.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex technical issues related to SAP HANA and ABAP applications.
• Develop and deliver training sessions to upskill team members on SAP HANA and ABAP technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all SAP HANA and ABAP development activities.
• Monitor emerging technologies and trends to keep the organization at the forefront of SAP innovations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the technology team.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in HANA Data Modeling and ABAP OOPS demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP HANA architecture.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ABAP Development for SAP HANA with a track record of successful project implementations.
• Experience in Finance and Accounting domains is highly desirable providing valuable insights into business processes.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges.
• Showcase excellent communication and collaboration skills facilitating effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
• Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
