Key Responsibilities:

• SAP SD Implementation & Support:

• Work with batch jobs error rectification
• Work with IDOC
• Configure and customize the SAP SD module to meet business

requirements.

• Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including sales

orders, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.

• Assist in SAP S/4HANA SD migration and implementation projects (if

applicable).

• Business Process Analysis & Optimization:

• Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and recommend

SAP SD solutions.

• Work with stakeholders to optimize sales, distribution, and logistics

execution processes.

• Configuration & Customization:

• Maintain and configure key SD components, including:

Sales order management

Pricing and discounts

Delivery processing

Billing and invoicing

Credit and risk management

• Support third-party sales, intercompany sales, and returns

processing.

• Integration & Reporting:

• Work closely with SAP MM, FI, PP, and WM teams to ensure seamless

integration.

• Develop reports using SAP SD standard reports, SAP Query, and

ABAP debugging (if needed).

• Support & User Training:

• Troubleshoot SAP SD-related issues and provide solutions to end-users.
• Conduct user training and create functional documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 36 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD implementation and

support.

• Technical Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and sales

transactions.

• Experience in pricing procedures, tax configurations, billing, and

invoice processing.

• Knowledge of SAP SD integration with FI (Billing), MM (Order

Processing), and PP (Production Planning).

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA SD (preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging (a plus).

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good

communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.

SAP SD certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and IDocs processing.

• Understanding of Batch Job Scheduling and LSMW for data migration.

• Knowledge of ATP (Available-to-Promise) and Credit Management.
