Role Summary:
The SAP HCM Consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. The role focuses on Fit-to-Standard execution, template rollout, statutory compliance, and seamless integration between HR and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops for SAP HCM / SF modules in S/4HANA Public Cloud programs.
Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP Best Practices.
Configure and support:
Organizational Management
Personnel Administration
Time Management
Payroll (country-specific)
Employee Central (if SF)
Ensure HR–Finance integration with:
Cost center assignments
Payroll posting to FI
GL and controlling integration
Support public cloud constraints (no core modifications)
Drive business process harmonization across regions
Support data migration (employee master, payroll results, historical data)
Participate in testing cycles:
Unit Testing
Integration Testing
UAT support
Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare
Public Cloud–Specific Responsibilities
Execute Fit-to-Standard methodology (no requirement-driven design)
Use SSCUI-based configuration where applicable
Required Skills & Experience:
5–10+ years of SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors experience.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology.
Proven experience in template rollout / global deployment.
Strong knowledge of statutory payroll & compliance.
Experience with HR data migration and validation.
Excellent stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills.
