Hello all,
Position Description:
- Analyze business requirements related to HR processes and map them to SAP HCM functionalities
- Configure and support SAP HCM modules such as: Personnel Administration (PA) Organizational Management (OM) Time Management (TM) Payroll (optional / preferred) Benefits Administration (if applicable)
- Design and maintain HR master data, infotypes, workflows, and HR reports
- Perform system configuration, customization, and unit testing
- Support end-to-end implementation, rollouts, and upgrades
- Handle incident management, problem resolution, and change requests
- Work with functional and technical teams for integrations (FI, MM, SuccessFactors, third‑party tools)
- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and interfaces
- Support UAT, data migration, go-live, and post-go-live activities
- Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational HR policies
- Provide user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer
