Job description:
We are seeking a motivated SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to support payroll implementation projects, testing cycles, and day-to-day system activities. This role is ideal for individuals with foundational HR or SAP knowledge who are eager to build expertise in SuccessFactors ECP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior consultants in configuring SAP SuccessFactors ECP including pay components, wage types, and basic payroll elements.
- Assist in ECECP data replication activities (P2P/BIB), error monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in unit testing, UAT, regression testing, and document all test outcomes.
- Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and configuration notes.
- Provide basic support during payroll cycles, including validation of payroll results and error tracking.
- Collaborate with HR, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders for requirement gathering and system updates.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Payroll.
- Knowledge of HR master data, payroll processes, wage types, and time/attendance fundamentals.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in SAP SuccessFactors.
