Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation & Configuration:
  • Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB) modules.
  • Perform end-to-end implementations including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and system configuration.
• Integration:
  • Ensure seamless integration between Employee Central (EC), Recruiting, and Onboarding modules.
• Data Management:
  • Handle data migration, master data setup, and perform system audits for data integrity.
• Testing & Support:
  • Develop test scripts, conduct UAT, and resolve issues post-implementation.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for RCM and ONB modules.
• Client Engagement & Training:
  • Liaise with business stakeholders to understand requirements and advise best practices.
  • Deliver end-user training and prepare documentation (configuration guides, user manuals).
• Process Optimization:
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements aligned with SAP best practices.
