Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Configuration:
- Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB) modules.
- Perform end-to-end implementations including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and system configuration.
- Integration:
- Ensure seamless integration between Employee Central (EC), Recruiting, and Onboarding modules.
- Data Management:
- Handle data migration, master data setup, and perform system audits for data integrity.
- Testing & Support:
- Develop test scripts, conduct UAT, and resolve issues post-implementation.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for RCM and ONB modules.
- Client Engagement & Training:
- Liaise with business stakeholders to understand requirements and advise best practices.
- Deliver end-user training and prepare documentation (configuration guides, user manuals).
- Process Optimization:
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements aligned with SAP best practices.
