Job description
Responsibilities :
- Leadership: Lead SAP PP/QM implementation projects, manage project phases, and mentor team members.
- Solution design: Design and configure end-to-end solutions for production planning (e.g., MRP, capacity planning, shop floor execution) and quality management (e.g., inspection lots, notifications, certificates).
- Requirement gathering: Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Configuration: Configure SAP master data, production orders, quality planning, inspection methods, and QM control keys.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration between PP/QM and other modules like MM, SD, FICO, and PM.
- Support: Manage and resolve production issues, enhancements, and change requests.
- Project management: Manage project planning, cost, resources, and solution/data migration during cutover.
- Documentation: Prepare functional specifications for technical developments and create project documentation.
- Training: Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.
skills :
- Extensive experience in SAP PP and QM modules, including multiple end-to-end implementations.
- Strong knowledge of production processes like Make-to-Order, Make-to-Stock, and Repetitive Manufacturing.
- Expertise in key QM areas like inspection planning, notifications, and quality certificates.
- Hands-on experience with integration, particularly with MM, SD, and FICO modules.
- Experience with S/4HANA is often a mandatory requirement.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Project management and people management skills.
