Job description
Implement and configure SAP PP and QM modules to support manufacturing and quality management processes. Analyze business requirements and provide SAP solutions to optimize production planning and quality control. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Hands on experience in: MRP Classic Vs Live Process; Shopfloor Control and application; Capacity Planning, Scheduling, Conga Serialization, Batch Management process.
REM – Repetitive Manufacturing Process, Conga ; PPPI – Prod Planning Process Industry, PP Integration with other Modules.
RICEF / Custom Dev FSD OSD, Testing Cycles (FUT, FIT, UAT, Regression) - Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
- Knowledge of IDOC Message types commonly used, IDOC monitoring, common errors and Reprocessing, Quality Notification, Quality Certificate Printing.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is desirable.
- Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
- Design, customize, configure and testing of PP / QM.
- Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyses, and solve PP / QM related problems.
- Document to be prepared Business Requirement Document / UAT document / SIT document / End User Manuals / Functional Specification Documents / Configuration Document etc.

- Knowledge of basic SAP ABAP from a functional perspective as well as work experience in a highly Customized Environment
- Demonstrated initiative, works independently, effective decision making.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to achieve results in a timely manner.
- Highly motivated team member with good interpersonal and strong communication skills
- An SAP certification in PP or QM is a plus.
