Job Summary

You will support global clients in SAP Materials Management (MM) transformation programs by designing, configuring, and optimizing procurement and inventory processes using SAP S/4HANA, contributing to digital supply chain transformation.

. Responsibilities

B2 Level (4 to7 Years Experience)

(Based on Capgemini mid senior SAP MM role)

• Perform analysis of complex business processes and provide appropriate SAP MM system solutions.
• Configure MM components (Procurement, Inventory Management, Material Master, Valuation).
• Support requirement gathering, prepare functional specs, and execute testing cycles.
• Work with procurement and supply chain teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Utilize SAP MM transaction codes (T-codes) and end-user processes.
• Provide user training, documentation, and support for issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, PP, QM, FI/CO).

C1 Level (712+ Years Experience)

(Based on Capgemini SAP MM Lead + S/4HANA Advisory roles)

• Lead SAP S/4HANA consulting engagements in sourcing and procurement transformation.
• Drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA MM implementation & rollout projects.
• Conduct as-is/to-be business process mapping, blueprinting, and fit-gap analysis.
• Guide middle-management stakeholders and facilitate workshops for solution alignment.
• Design/customize MM processes: PR/PO cycles, inventory, vendor management, invoice verification, account determination.
• Ensure integration across modules: EWM, Ariba, SD, PP, QM, FI-CO, TM.
• Oversee testing strategy, cutover, deployment, and post-golive support.
• Manage documentation as per Capgemini & customer standards.
