Job Description
- Should have experience in SAP IBP Demand Planning, S&OP, IO (Inventory Optimization), Supply chain Control Tower and SAP IBP for Response and Supply.
- Knowledge of Production process for Japan manufacturing domain.
- Work with customer business teams and project teams effectively; Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, map these into SAP MNP processes and identify gaps and solution to these gaps.
- Should be able to understand the processes adopted for custom developments, unit testing, function testing, integration testing, Go-live and support phases
- Able to provide proactive SAP solutions to customer with multiple options.
- Able to handle the requirements of Business users and provide on-time support to them.
- Able to lead SAP MNP rollout testing project and provide production support for the plants, which went Go-Live.
- Express difficult and complex concepts clearly and concisely both orally and in-written.
- Work effectively and independently on assigned projects & train users.
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative relationships with cross functional team.
- Able to actively lead business reform drive for the customer.
- Able to guide and lead team of consultants.
- Min 2 End to end Implementation experience including migration and cutover activity.
- Working experience of S/4 HANA and Fiori Apps.
- Experience in the solution design

- Plan to Produce, Assemble to Order, Make to Order
- Production planning, Production planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS),
- PPDS Heuristics and Capacity levelling

- Sub-contracting procurement process with Japan specific requirement
- Experience in S/4 HANA Kanban process
- Batch Management, Handling Unit Management
- Experience in Interfaces to SAP and other Planning systems
- Knowledge in Cross module integration to Procurement, Sales, EWM and FICO
- Should have experience in SAP IBP Demand Planning, S&OP, IO (Inventory Optimization), Supply chain Control Tower and SAP IBP for Response and Supply.
- Should have understanding on timeseries and order based planning.
- Should have knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA and IBP data integration.
- SAP IBP DP: Candidate should be able to generate the stat. forecast based on sales history. Should have knowledge on planning area, attributes (Master data) key figures, and alerts handling.
- S&OP: Forecast release, heuristic run and forecast consumption.
- Inventory Optimization: Forecast error, Demand and supply inputs and IO profiles run, results and service level prediction.
- Supply Chain Control Tower: should have hands on analytics and dashboards, case management, procedure playbooks and custom alerts and dashboards.
- Response And Supply Planning (OBP): Constrained forecast run, Supply planning and allocation and response planning run. Deployment planning and heuristic result analysis, Optimizer results. Transportation load builder integration.
Preferred certification:
- SAP: S/4 HANA Manufacturing certification.
- SAP: IBP (Added advantage)
Others:
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions to fulfill customer requirements.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business requirements and provide appropriate system solutions identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
- Work on effort estimation and rough cost with timeline if we implement SAP MNP
- Proactively work on Fit Gap Analysis and propose suitable SAP process with system enhancements need for the business requirements.
- Lead the team actively on both the topics of functional and technical role.
Experience in Interfaces to SAP systems and Non-SAP Systems.
