Experience :
- SAP S/4HANA & Fiori Development (2-4 years experience)
- Performance Optimization & Debugging (4-6 years experience)
- BAP Development for FICO (4-6 years experience)
- Integration with Other Modules (SD, MM, Treasury) (3-5 years experience)
- Data Migration & Reporting (3-5 years experience)
- Experience in LSMW, BDC, or SAP Migration Cockpit for data migration in financial systems.
- SAP FICO Configuration & Customization (3-5 years experience)
Required Skill :
- Development experience in ABAP Reports, Enhancements (User Exits, BADI, BAPI), and ALV Reports.
- Experience with IDOCs, RFCs, and BAPIs for integration with third-party systems.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance data structures and differences from ECC.
- Exposure to SAP Fiori UI5 development and customization of Fiori Apps for Finance.
- Strong debugging skills in ABAP for financial and procurement transactions.
- Experience optimizing ABAP codes, BAPI calls, and large-volume financial reports.
- Knowledge of SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or Microsoft Azure Data Lake for financial reporting
- Techno Functional role. ECC to HANA
- Creation of Classical Reports, Interactive Reports and ALVs in various modules.
Responsibilities :
- Manage, supervise and guide the team of developers ensuring efficient and high-quality SAP solutions.
- Prioritize, allocate the workload among self and other team members
- Mentor and review the code developed by the team to ensure the coding follows the ABAP coding standards.
- Provide guidance to the team to coming up with a solution which is optimized in performance and reusable in possible future business requirements.
