– Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
– Responsible for team decisions.
– Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
– Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
– Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
– Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
– Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.Professional & Technical Skills:
– Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
– Experience in system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of SAP environments.
– Strong knowledge of SAP landscape management, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
– Ability to manage database administration tasks related to SAP systems.
– Familiarity with transport management and system monitoring tools.
– Capability to work with operating systems and network components that support SAP infrastructure.

Additional Information:
