Roles & Responsibilities:
– Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
– Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
– Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for software development.
– Ensure the developed applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
– Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
– Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.Professional & Technical Skills:
– Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
– Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts and experience with HANA database integration.
– Experience in developing and customizing SAP modules to meet business requirements.
– Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within SAP environments.
– Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for SAP applications.
– Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
