Roles & Responsibilities:
– Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

– Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
– Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the development lifecycle.
– Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
– Coordinate with stakeholders to align software solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
– Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
– Experience in developing and optimizing code for high-performance applications within SAP HANA environments.
– Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
– Ability to design and implement custom enhancements and interfaces in SAP systems.
– Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of ABAP programs.
– Competence in integrating SAP modules and working with database technologies.
Additional Information:
– The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
– This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
– A 15 years full time education is required.
