The Practice – A Brief Sketch The Technology Strategy & Advisory Practice is a part of Accenture Strategy and focuses on our clients’ most strategic priorities. We help clients achieve growth and efficiency through innovative R&D transformation, aimed at redefining business models using agile methodologies. Here is a glimpse of your day-to-day responsibilities: • Work as SAP Functional Analyst contributing to documentation for end-to-end request for system changes, configurations, and enhancements • Maintain documentation to analyze client needs and translate them into technical solutions • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and optimize SAP functionalities • Identifying, assessing and solving complex business problems across SAP S4 HANA ERP landscape throughout the project lifecycle, providing subject matter expertise with a strong strategic awareness of the SAP market and associated technologies • Train end-users on SAP MDG-MDM processes and ensure they are proficient in using the system •
Job Role Requirements:
• MBA from a Tier-1 institute. • Minimum 9 years of SAP ERP experience, having led at least 1 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation project. • Design and business blueprinting for greenfield implementations of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, focusing on Master Data Governance (MDG) and Master Data Management (MDM) as part of enterprise-wide architecture. • Hands-on experience with SAP MDG domains (Business Partner, Material, Finance), including BRF+ workflows, Change Request orchestration, Data Replication Framework (DRF), and mass processing/consolidation. • Hands-on experience with SAP Data Migration for master data objects such as: • Business Partner (Customer/Vendor) • Material Master • Product Hierarchies • Classification Data • Strong understanding of data migration strategies from ECC or non-SAP ERPs to S/4HANA using SAP Data Services •
