We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Consultant to play a pivotal role in designing, configuring, and supporting end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes within SAP MM. This position is critical to ensuring seamless integration between MM, FI, and IM modules, driving operational efficiency and compliance. The ideal candidate will contribute to major SAP initiatives, including upgrades, rollouts, and enhancements, while collaborating closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust functional solutions. With a focus on process optimization, data integrity, and continuous improvement, this role ensures that SAP MM configurations align with business needs and enterprise standards.

• Analyze, design, and support SAP P2P processes, including configuration in SAP MM and integration with FI and IM modules.
• Contribute to SAP upgrade, rollout, and enhancement projects from design through deployment.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document Functional Specifications (FS), and support solution design.
• Configure and maintain core MM processes such as subcontracting, consignment, third-party procurement, and stock transport orders.
• Lead business process mapping and documentation using tools like JIRA or equivalent platforms.
• Participate in all testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT, and support successful deployment.
• Ensure data accuracy, adherence to internal controls, and readiness for audit requirements.
• Drive ongoing enhancements, resolve production issues, and support continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across procurement, finance, and IT.

• 3-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM, with a strong focus on P2P processes.
• Proven experience in SAP MM configuration, integration with FI and IM, and support of complex procurement scenarios.
• Solid understanding of SAP upgrade and implementation project lifecycles.
• Experience in gathering business requirements and creating detailed Functional Specifications.
• Proficiency in business process mapping and documentation using JIRA or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and deployment support in enterprise SAP environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
