What you’ll build :

• Technical, product roadmap and Delivery.
• Responsible for creating monthly and release specific plans
• Be the sounding board for the team to discuss the Techno functional designs and solutions
• Build a sustaining high-performing team, with focus on building the product and sustaining engineering expertise and teamwork. Hiring the best people on an ongoing basis and integration of employees
• Foster an environment of innovation, learning and development amongst team members. Drive innovation mindset in the people, and showcase innovation POCs in various forums
• Coach team members to become proficient in development & quality processes, and technologies used in the team, thereby increasing expertise and productivity
