Role: Professional Services DACH SuccessFactors Consultant
The lead functional consultant is responsible for the implementation of a single SuccessFactors EC and/or Talent module within an overall program or projects implementing SuccessFactors covering both the internal and external (client facing) activities required for successful implementation. Applying best practices, country specific knowledge, and technical know-how they will ensure that the solution fits the client’s requirements and specifications.
The role ensures that all Professional Services programs or projects deliver the right quality of deliverables into a customer’s Production environment such that Strada meets the client’s expectations for go live and provides a platform for a long and mutually beneficial relationship.
The role has responsibility for delivery according to the appropriate implementation methodology (Elevate) for the program and for ensuring it is used and applied consistently within the program. After implementation also Application Maintenance & support activities could be fulfilled.
The role also supports the Sales function with scoping, due diligence, solution design, estimating and SoW creation and review for all projects to ensure the full scope of an implementation is known and documented.
Main Responsibilities:
- Solution Design
- Lead/Support the required workshops as laid out by the methodology, ensuring all decisions are accurately captured and recorded in relevant workbooks.
- Define and document the overall configuration of the SuccessFactors module(s), making the correct balance between business, technical and functional requirements and constraints, as well as the compatibility with different solution components.
- Ensure successful transition to maintenance teams, either STRADA or other
- Support project resources in defining solutions in the event that a challenge arises during delivery to ensure that delivery is on time and within budget
- Deliver presentations internally and externally to eStradage with stakeholders and as part of the implementation process
- Pro-actively communicates and reports risks and status to the Project Manager / Program Lead and project team members e.g. Status Reports, progress and next activities
- Data Migration
- Organize and support the data mapping with client and implementation teams (STRADA or Third Party Providers)
- Ensure the clients fulfil their responsibilities in term of data management, in particular with their data cleansing and data transformation
- Be familiar with data security procedures and requirements of both STRADA and the client and ensure these are respected as part of the process
- Pro-actively anticipate project data issues and identify gaps in data that require addressing
- With the data validation expert, organize the validation and reconciliation points in the data migration process
- Obtain sign off on data migration deliverables from key stakeholders
- Track activities in the local data migration plan and respect timelines
- Test Activities
- Carry out agreed STRADA Testing and ensure all agreed issues are corrected prior to customer testing.
- Support the execution of customer testing and facilitate resolution of issues and queries raised during the testing process liaising as required with relevant stakeholders, partners and internal teams)
- Provide highest level of quality assurance, ensuring that agreed deliverables are produced according to established procedures and standards
- Go-Lives
- Support the Project Manager in cutover planning with the Customer
- Carry out production migrations according to the agreed plan
- Sales support
- Support in the development of proposals, pricing and SOW review where needed
- Attend sales meetings with clients to present the solution and support the sales process
Key Experience:
- Excellent experience in HR services delivery, HR consulting or similar internal HRIS/HRIT function
- Demonstrable experience in the implementation and application service of SuccessFactors products
- Experience of at least one end to end global (more than 5 countries) deployment project involving Employee Central or another SFSF module as functional consultant.
- Demonstrated communication and presentation skills
Skills:
- SuccessFactors Associate Level Certification in Employee Central
- SuccessFactors Professional Certification in SF Time Tracking desirable
- Business proficient in English
- IAS / IPS technical set-up knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge regarding SF across module integrations and external integrations via BIB and CPI are a plus
- Demonstrated project management skills is a plus
- HR business process experience is a plus
- German language skills are a plus
