JOB DESCRIPTION :
A SAP SD-CS Consultant manages the integration between Sales & Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS) modules, focusing on order-to-cash, service contracts, repairs, and warranty management, typically requiring 5–10+ years of experience in S/4HANA implementation, configuration, and cross-functional support (MM/FI).
Key Responsibilities (Job Description):
- System Configuration: Customize SAP SD/CS modules (order management, service orders, billing, repairs) to meet business requirements.
- Process Implementation: Lead end-to-end (E2E) implementation or rollout projects, including S/4HANA migration.
- Integration Management: Coordinate with SD, MM, FICO, and PS teams for seamless service-related revenue, costing, and material movement.
- Service Operations: Manage service contracts, warranties, repair orders, and resource-related billing.
- Documentation & Testing: Prepare functional specifications (FS), configuration documents, and perform SIT/UAT.
- Support: Troubleshoot issues, provide technical support, and train end-users.
