Job description
As a Package Specialist: SAP Basis, you will specialize in supporting SAP Basis applications running on multiple platforms and composed of multiple software packages. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining SAP Basis systems for clients, ensuring performance, availability, and scalability of the applications. Your primary responsibilities will include: Configure and Customize SAP Basis Modules: Configure and customize SAP Basis modules, such as ABAP, Java, and OS/DB, to meet client requirements and ensure seamless integration with other SAP systems and data sources. Implement SAP Basis Solutions: Design and implement SAP Basis solutions that meet client requirements, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as SOX, HIPAA, and GDPR. Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their Basis requirements and translate them into functional solutions using SAP Basis tools. Provide Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on SAP Basis best practices and tools, and stay up-to-date with new features and releases of SAP Basis modules. Integrate SAP Basis with Other Systems: Integrate SAP Basis with other SAP systems and data sources, such as SAP ERP, SAP GRC, SAP BW, and SAP PI.
