Job description:
As a Package Consultant: SuccessFactors Payroll, you will design and deploy HR technology solutions to establish key business capabilities and enable the realization of strategic initiatives and operational improvements. You will provide expert consulting services, guiding clients through the implementation process. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Design and Deploy Solutions: Design and deploy HR technology solutions, establishing key business capabilities and enabling the realization of strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Implement Payroll Functions: Configure, implement, and troubleshoot key Employee Central Payroll functions like wage types, deductions, and payment schedules.
- Analyze Requirements: Conduct requirements analysis to inform solution design and ensure seamless implementation.
- Provide Training and Support: Deliver training and support to ensure a smooth transition for clients.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Troubleshoot issues related to Employee Central Payroll functions and integrations.
Required technical and professional expertise:
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll: Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll (Employee Central Payroll platform) to design and deploy HR technology solutions.
- SAP Payroll Module Knowledge: Exposure to SAP Payroll Module, including internal and external ECP integrations, to inform solution design and implementation.
- Employee Central Experience: Experience working with SuccessFactors Employee Central to configure, implement, and troubleshoot key payroll functions.
- Payroll Function Configuration: Experience configuring and implementing key Employee Central Payroll functions, such as wage types, deductions, and payment schedules
- Integration Troubleshooting: Experience troubleshooting issues related to Employee Central Payroll functions and integrations.
Preferred technical and professional experience:
- SAP Payroll Module Exposure: Exposure to SAP Payroll Module, including internal and external ECP integrations, to inform solution design and implementation.
- Employee Central Familiarity: Experience working with SuccessFactors Employee Central to configure, implement, and troubleshoot key payroll functions.
- Payroll Function Knowledge: Experience configuring and implementing key Employee Central Payroll functions, such as wage types, deductions, and payment schedules.
