Role and Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting and configuring SAP HCM modules (OM, PA, TM, Payroll) to enable seamless end-to-end HR processes from hire to retire. The role involves requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and user support while working closely with HR stakeholders and internal teams to ensure effective solution delivery. Experience in S/4HANA implementations or migrations is an added advantage
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience in core SAP HCM modules, including:
- Organizational Management (OM)
- Personnel Administration (PA)
- Time Management (TM)
- Payroll (PY)
- Ability to configure and support defined HR business processes
Functional Skills:
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR business processes (hire-to-retire)
- Experience in requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and user support
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with end users and internal teams
Additional Advantage:
- Experience in S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
Mandatory: At least 1 end-to-end SAP HR implementation
