BE / B.Tech / MCA Graduate Experience 8–10 Years Skill Set Required SAP MM (Materials Management) Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Expertise in design, configuration, testing, and application support Strong knowledge of cross-module integration (MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, QM, PM) Experience with fit-gap analysis, solution design, and UAT Roles & Responsibilities Demonstrate a high level of expertise in SAP MM and hands-on experience with S/4HANA. Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA functional specifications across relevant modules (MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, QM, PM). Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules to align with business processes and UNIFY global standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between modules and third-party systems. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide end-user training and prepare functional documentation and SOPs. Provide on-demand support to Global Business Process teams and Operational Divisions, including partners responsible for data center administration (database administration, upgrades, performance). Take accountability for solution issues escalated to the Global Support team, ensuring tickets are analyzed, responded to, fixed, tested, and properly closed. Support includes functional analysis, feedback, and recommendations. Review release contents within the assigned functional area and recommend the best testing strategy. Coordinate with regional/local support teams and testing factory to ensure proper execution of release validation processes. Analyze, challenge, and validate recommendations and functional actions within the assigned area. Collaborate with Global Data Excellence and Business Process Leaders for problem resolution and enhancement initiatives. Contribute to reviewing, validating, and specifying core bugs and enhancements, including participation in testing and validation.
